Maidenhead Thicket Bowls club's first home friendly took place on Saturday 29th April 2023. Playing Thame on a good green, Thicket run out winners 85 - 81 with Top rink honours going to Malcolm Summers, Tina Scherer and Glenn Whittaker (skip).

A local Derby awaits at home on Sunday afternoon, 7th May 2023, against Desborough before a journey to Tilehurst on Bank holiday Monday 9th May 2023.
