On Monday Bridget Thrift and Pam Pulsford went to Desborough and were up against two strong players in their first ever County Competition. The weather was sunny and warm then wet and windy but both ladies did themselves proud and were all square going into the 18th end and just lost out by 1 shot. Well done ladies excellent stuff.

There were 3 lots of Men's triples in action two away at Desborough and 1 at home. The weather did not do them any favours as it was very wet and windy but Kevin Scrace Russell Harper and Gordon Knapper won through to the next round as did Paul Worthy Paul Sherwood and Melvyn Forward. After leading 7. 1 in their very first County Competition Gary Russell Alan Leishman and Jamie Rankin sadly had to settle for 2nd Place. Well done to everyone great team effort and great team spirit by all
